Solar Universe India has successfully erected an Off Grid Solar
Plant atop a government school in Manesar, Haryana as part of a CSR
initiative by M/S Roop Automotives (Haryana)
This senior
secondary school will not have to rely on erratic and irregular power
supply from the grid and work independently to enlighten young minds
through a 6kW Solar PV array supported by a 6kVa / 96V Solar Inverter
and 8 x 12V-120ah Solar Tubular Batteries.
This plant will meet 90% of the energy needs of this school and annually save more than 9000 units of energy
